Refund policy

P’NAIR offers a 15-day return policy meaning that the customer has a window of 15 days to request the return of their order after receiving it. 

For returning your orders, the items should be present in their original packing without damaging or removing the tags. On top of that, it should be unused, along with having the original receipt demonstrating the proof of purchase. 

For initiating a return, contact us by mailing your query to pnaifashion@gmail.com. Once your return is initiated, we’ll send you information and instructions regarding the location to deliver your package.

Note: Our team will only accept packages after initiating a return request. 

Damages And Issues

Make sure to inspect your order when you receive it, and you must contact our team if you find any defects or damage in the order. 

Non-returnable Items

There are some exceptions on returnable items. Perishable goods like food, flowers, plants, custom products, personalized items, and special orders are non-returnable. Our company will also not accept products containing hazardous materials like flammable liquids or gases. If you have any queries regarding non-returnable items, then mail your queries to pnaifashion@gmail.com

Note: We also don’t accept returns on gift cards. 

Exchanges

For rapid exchange, return the item you have and simultaneously purchase the new item once your return is accepted. 

Refunds

You’ll receive a notification once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know about the refund status. 


  • If approved, the amount will be credited to your purchase payment method. 
  • In case of disapproval, we will notify you while explaining the cancellation.
