Processing Orders

Shipping Options
P’NAIR offers free shipping on orders over $150. There is a shipping cost for orders under $150 based on the order and distance of the order.
- I only ship to the continental USA & Canada for now.
- We use USPS First Class/Priority for your FREE shipping, which is valid for the US only.
- Shipping costs to Canada will vary depending on the size & weight of items in your order.
Timeline Of Shipping
After processing your order in 1-2 business days, you will receive a notification regarding the tracking number in your mail. You can use this tracking number to navigate through your orders.
- Orders typically take 3-5 business days to reach their destination domestically.
- However, international shipping might take up to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
Our company does not ship to countries that the United States government embargoes. It goes against our terms and conditions, and while we want to serve all our lovely customers, we can’t go against national policies.
Damaged or Lost Items
P’NAIR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped and are in the hands of the carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and filing any claims with the shipping company for lost or damaged items.
Returns and Exchange
P'NAIR offers a 15-day return policy for customers to return their orders, requiring items to be in their original packaging, unused, and with a receipt. To initiate a return, contact pnaifashion@gmail.com. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, and special orders. Exchanges are available for rapid purchases, and refunds are processed within 7 working days.
